The JP-Cut
JP-Cut
JP-Cut is a compact archtop developed around a 15" body with a Selmer-style cutaway, distinguished by a carved arm bevel integrated directly into the soundboard. The design prioritizes physical ease without compromising carved-plate response, pairing a single-piece spruce top with selectively chosen back and side woods to tailor weight, stiffness, and tonal balance. A slim C neck and floating single-coil pickup complete an instrument intended for clarity, control, and reliable performance, with electronics kept discreet and non-intrusive.
